Board of Directors

The affairs of the association shall be managed by a Board of Directors, that are elected by the members of the association, with such qualifications as may be provided for in the articles of incorporation or the bylaws. The fiduciary duties of the board include the maintenance and management of the common elements of the building, while complying with governing documents and state law. The board manages budgets, assessments, as well as the adoption and enforcement of rules implemented through the management company.
